Responsibilities
- Professional with solid experience in implementation, continuous improvement, support and solution design in SAP PS (Project System) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
- Consistent experience in ECC and S/4HANA environments, including conversions, deployment of new features and integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, QM, PP and other cross-functional processes.
- Structuring and configuration of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Network Activities, Project Builder and Project Planning Board.
- Project cost management, budgeting, budget release and variance control.
- Planning and control of resources, services and materials related to projects.
- Configuration of milestones, versioning, physical progress and progress curves.
- PS integrations with FI/CO, MM, SD and PP.
- Knowledge of Investment Management (IM) and CAPEX/OPEX projects.
- Configuration of technical objects: Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs and Task Lists.
- Structuring of maintenance plans (cyclical, condition-based, strategic).
- Full maintenance processes: notifications, work orders, confirmations, material consumption and closure.
- PM integration with MM (material replenishment), FI/CO (cost centers, orders), PP and QM.
- Implementation of Maintenance Workflow and a catalog of damages/causes/activities.
- Solutions for corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Support and configuration of PM Fiori Apps and S/4HANA functionalities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori (PM/PS apps, UX optimization).
- Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite (external integrations).
- Functional-level ABAP reading to support technical specifications.
- Experience with Activate, ASAP and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in CAPEX/OPEX projects.
- Knowledge of Investment Management (IM).
- Experience in end-to-end integration of complex processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management or Information Technology will be considered a plus.
