About the role
- SAP RE Consultant focused on Real Estate Management projects. Required experience in IFRS 16 and cross-functional SAP integrations.
Responsibilities
- Work on implementation projects, rollouts, enhancements and support for the SAP RE (Real Estate Management) module, including RE-FX subcomponents.
- Configure, parameterize and validate functionalities related to lease contracts (lessor/lessee), spaces/areas, financial conditions, property valuation and IFRS 16.
- Gather requirements, map processes and design integrated solutions with FI, AA and CO modules.
- Support the integration of SAP RE with external systems (tax, legal, real estate systems).
- Prepare functional and technical documentation (Blueprint, Functional Specifications, test plans, user manuals).
- Support integrated testing, user validation and go-live activities.
- Train key users and business areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP RE consultant, especially with the RE-FX subcomponent.
- Experience in projects involving IFRS 16, financial contracts, lease accounting, valuation and revaluation of real estate assets.
- Knowledge of integrations with FI-AA, CO and MM.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with functional documentation (requirements gathering, specifications, testing).
- Experience working in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Good communication skills and a consultative approach for interacting with business areas.
