About the role
- Summer Trainee position in Sourcing team supporting supplier bidding processes and project meetings at IONCOR, specializing in battery technologies.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Direct and Project Sourcing teams with Assisting in supplier bidding processes.
- Joining regular project meetings.
- Placing orders in the ERP system.
- Contacting suppliers and tracking orders.
- Supplier onboarding and change management topics.
- Following up price changes and updating those to the existing agreements.
- Handling purchase invoices, clearing mismatches from the system.
Requirements
- A recent degree or ongoing higher education studies in the field of economics, business administration or supply chain management.
- Excellent interpersonal, co-operation and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new things and can-do attitude.
- Good IT and data analytic skills.
- Experience in using Excel.
- Preferably experience in using Power BI.
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English skills.
