Responsibilities
evaluate multiple vendor types to determine the appropriate requirements needed to successfully partner with vendors.
collaborate with internal stakeholders to focus on continuous improvement of vendor relations and ensure adherence to applicable policies and guidelines.
partner cross-functionally to drive best practices, analyze vendor metrics, and drive satisfaction through efficient communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in vendor relations required; familiarity with vendor management software preferred.
Proficient with MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required.
Experience with Smartsheet and Oracle, including Oracle Business Intelligence reporting, preferred.
Approximately 5% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
