Responsibilities
Manage and grow beef sales across the assigned region, ensuring revenue and margin goals are achieved.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and distribution partners.
Lead, mentor, and support sales teams within the region to achieve performance objectives and maintain high customer service standards.
Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure consistent product availability and quality standards.
Monitor and manage regional P&L performance, budgets, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Represent Quirch Foods at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence and business relationships.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives specific to the beef category and regional market needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in beef sales, food distribution, or protein category management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or regional management role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of the beef industry, including sourcing, pricing, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region.
