About the role

  • Sales development representative tasked with lead generation and client engagement for Valid's security identification solutions. Focus on creating trust and collaboration in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Research and Segmentation: Create and maintain lists of potential sales segments, using market data and tools to identify prospects that match the ideal customer profile.
  • Active Prospecting: Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage and generate interest from potential customers.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads according to established criteria, ensuring only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team.
  • Initial Presentation: Deliver preliminary presentations of Valid’s services, preparing the ground for a deeper sales engagement.
  • Closing Support: Assist the sales team during the closing process by providing additional information and maintaining close relationships with qualified leads.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive experience with Valid from the first contact.
  • Technical Knowledge: Maintain a solid technical understanding of the company’s products and services to answer initial questions and align leads’ needs with the solutions offered.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills and negotiation abilities to maximize lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in BDR, presales, or customer service roles, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage leads and create valuable connections.
  • Proactivity: Ability to work proactively, managing multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital prospecting techniques, as well as a good understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving and exceeding lead qualification and generation targets, contributing directly to the success of the sales team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
