Responsibilities
Development of new business areas across all divisions of the HIH Group
Design of new digital services for the real estate industry — from concept to market readiness
Structuring innovation and organizational development projects across the entire HIH Group
Identifying and developing strategic partnerships, joint ventures, equity investment opportunities and M&A potentials
Analyzing market and technology trends, deriving business potential and developing business cases
Close collaboration with product development teams and business units within the HIH Group to implement your initiatives
Building scalable concepts, processes and governance models for new lines of business
Requirements
Completed university degree, e.g., in business administration, finance, real estate economics, digitalization or related fields
Initial professional experience in management consulting, investment banking or comparable analytical/strategic roles
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high drive for execution and enjoyment in advancing new topics in a structured way
High resilience, professional communication skills and a confident presence
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, complemented by project management competencies
Affinity for real estate, finance or platform topics
