About the role

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness and drive growth across all channels
  • Lead a high-performing marketing department across brand, digital, content, and communications disciplines
  • Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and nurture customer relationships
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website optimisation to improve engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align go-to-market strategies, product launches, and messaging
  • Establish and track KPIs for campaign performance, customer acquisition, and ROI; present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring spend is optimised to deliver measurable results
  • Drive brand consistency and storytelling across all marketing and communication touchpoints
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Represent the voice of the customer, shaping messaging and strategies that resonate with target audiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or equivalent senior marketing leadership role ideally within the technology industry
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand visibilityStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement tools
  • Experience leading and scaling cross-functional marketing teamsExcellent strategic thinking and creative storytelling skills
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing decisions
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with sales, product, and executive teams
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a passion for developing talent and fostering innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)
