Responsibilities
Manages a specialty asset portfolio within the Asset Management Group client trust and agency accounts.
Provides expert advice and counsel in one of the following types of portfolios: loans and liabilities; farms, ranches, and timber; real estate; natural resources, private equity, or personal property.
Responsible for the management, analysis, retention, development, and growth of these portfolios.
Background specific to portfolio type is essential.
Requirements
Five to eight years of experience in asset management and/or property management
Five to eight years of experience in (specific asset type)
CPM(R) - CCIM preferred
Thorough knowledge of portfolio management, administration, and portfolio analysis/risk management
Thorough knowledge of fiduciary principles and the implications of financial and estate planning on asset strategies
Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify and resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
Good negotiation and client management skills
Well-developed customer service/relations skills
