About the role

  • National Outreach Relationship Consultant at U.S. Bank building strong relationships with customers through various communication channels. Providing tailored banking solutions based on individual customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships by proactively calling existing and potential customers
  • Engage customers via multiple channels including by phone, email, chat or virtually
  • Provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset
  • Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
  • Recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five or more years job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
