- Incentive Plan Analyst responsible for administering various Line of Business incentive plans at U.S. Bank. Consults with business lines, calculates payments, and develops training materials.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for administering various Line of Business incentive plans for the company.
- Consults with assigned business lines regarding modification of incentive plans and advanced incentive processing.
- Calculates incentive payments, performs reasonability audits on the results, and submits payments to payroll.
- Performs advanced data validation and research.
- Provides ongoing support to customers by answering complex questions related to incentive plans and source data.
- Develops training materials and conducts training sessions for business line employees when Learning Services resources are not available.
- Professionally communicates results, reports, and guidance/recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of related experience
- Thorough knowledge of incentive plans and processing
- Well-developed knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to analyze, identify and resolve incentive related data exceptions
- Advanced incentive software processing development and reporting skills which includes MS Excel, Power BI/Power Query, Access visual basic programming, testing and maintenance of databases and processes outside of ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) as well as advanced knowledge of ICM web client
