About the role

  • Advisory & Valuations Analyst at Qualco Real Estate preparing valuation analyses and financial modeling while managing external vendors and analysis of investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Daily allocation of new valuation assignments to external vendors, providing all necessary information, guidelines, and supporting files to ensure proper execution in line with the scope of work and agreed fees;
  • Regular update and maintenance of relevant files and databases with newly completed valuations;
  • Coordination, and invoice management of vendors responsible for the Advisory & Valuation reports;
  • Preparation of repossession reports for the servicers and funds regarding asset auctions;
  • Monitoring of economic, demographic, and real estate trends affecting asset values;
  • Conducting market analysis regarding investment opportunities;
  • Managing day to day Business Operations and System Administration and report the performance of the vendors;
  • Preparing presentation materials and reports for internal committees, investors, and clients;
  • Managing testing processes in new platforms – UAT process;
  • Responding to and following up on clients and partners queries and issues;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the ongoing implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Engineering or a related field;
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or advisory;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments;
  • Advanced user of excel and excellent computer and MS Office applications skills;
  • English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
