Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts supporting multiple cross-functional engineering teams
- Ensure successful sprint execution, quality delivery, and alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
- Coach BSAs through the scrum process, oversee story breakdown and refinement
- Serve as the central point of contact for sprint status and initiative tracking
- Bridge Product Management, Engineering, QA, UX, and Analytics to maintain delivery quality and momentum
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery, business systems analysis, or technical project management roles within internet, ecommerce, or consumer-facing technology companies
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably leading business analysts or scrum masters
- Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and sprint management practices
- Experience managing delivery across multiple engineering teams simultaneously
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into functional requirements and technical specifications
- Experience with complex system architecture, integrated software solutions, and REST microservice applications.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
