About the role
- Business Analyst supporting Prescription and Commercial teams in operational analysis. Involved in data collection and project management to enhance decision-making processes at UPSA.
Responsibilities
- Support the Prescription and Commercial teams in analyzing their operations.
- Data collection and analysis: Gather and analyze market and operational data to provide strategic, fact-based recommendations.
- Operational support: Assist internal teams with implementing recommendations and monitor the follow-up of actions taken.
- Reporting and presentation of results: Prepare regular reports on operational performance.
- Project management: Participate in the implementation of cross-functional projects in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school with a specialization in Finance or another relevant field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an operational or industrial environment.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
- Business process knowledge: Understanding of operational processes and the ability to propose concrete improvement solutions.
- Project management: Ability to lead improvement projects independently, with strong teamwork skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong numerical aptitude, rigor and organization, autonomy and initiative, proactivity and ability to propose innovative solutions, results- and customer-satisfaction-oriented, good interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluent in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
