About the role

  • Business Analyst engaged in delivering projects for a variety of clients, especially in Business Applications. Collaborating with teams to translate requirements and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • taking overall responsibility for eliciting, understanding and translating requirements
  • mapping them to the Microsoft Business Application technologies
  • driving the business towards early design decisions through entity modelling
  • assisting customers in mapping high level business requirements to low level functional requirements
  • identifying issues and opportunities for improvement
  • challenging assumptions
  • influencing stakeholders both internally and with clients
  • performing ‘Fit Gap’ analysis
  • conducting client workshops to scope and define projects
  • prioritising and executing tasks for each project
  • managing and measuring solution benefits mapped to business cases
  • ensuring systems and changes are smoothly transitioned into operation

Requirements

  • demonstrable Business Analysis experience
  • delivering Microsoft Business Applications projects
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • exceptional communication skills

  • understanding of different approaches when eliciting requirements in both waterfall and agile projects
