About the role

Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze and document stakeholder requirements, taking into account data quality, processes and system dependencies.
- Evaluate the economic viability and alignment of requirements with objectives, and assist with their prioritization.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and incorporate them into change management.
- Define acceptance criteria and support the execution of acceptance tests.
- Present and communicate results in an audience-appropriate manner — both within the team and at customer events.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification with solid business knowledge and at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C2 level) and strong communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and technical know-how, particularly in data analysis.
- Structured, self-organized working style and composure even in stressful situations.
- Team-oriented and open personality with a passion for working in an agile environment.
