Responsibilities
- Support the production of weekly accounts and financial KPIs
- Liaise with planning managers and operational leads about financial reporting
- Approve weekly management accounts
- Assist in the production of client financial review reports
- Ensure continuous development of the portfolio’s finance model
- Produce weekly financial KPIs and assist in analyzing variations in KPI performance
- Travel weekly to sites in Dartford and Hams Hall
Requirements
- Proven management accounts and financial reporting experience
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communicator
- IT literate with good knowledge of accounting and reporting software
- Proficient with MS Excel
- CIMA or ACCA qualified (desirable)
