About the role

  • Analista de Gestão e Processos Sr at Ipiranga sustaining and enhancing management model, ensuring governance and process efficiency across corporate decisions with a focus on customer orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Sustain and enhance the Ipiranga Management Model, ensuring governance, process fluidity, clarity of indicators, and structured information to support corporate decision-making across different areas
  • Lead and evolve the Management Model, reinforcing rituals, metrics, guidelines, and corporate standards
  • Ensure consistency in the governance of indicators, targets, strategic projects, and action plans for the VPs
  • Serve as a technical reference for business areas on management practices, processes, and metrics
  • Lead mappings, reviews, and optimizations of corporate processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose structural solutions that increase efficiency, automation, and integration
  • Define corporate standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices for BPM, management, and continuous improvement
  • Produce analyses, consolidate strategic information, and generate insights that support high-impact decisions
  • Facilitate discussions, corporate forums, cross-area alignments, and resolution of operational conflicts
  • Lead continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives using Lean, PDCA, BPMN, VSM, Ishikawa, and other tools
  • Support the adoption and evolution of frameworks such as OKR, management by indicators, and strategic deployment
  • Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of management and efficiency throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Management, Strategy, Processes, PMO, Quality, Transformation, or related areas
  • Experience in complex, dynamic corporate environments with strong results orientation
  • Executive-level communication skills, clarity, and the ability to synthesize information
  • Structured analytical reasoning and systems thinking
  • Autonomy, maturity, influencing skills, and decisiveness
  • Organization, time management, and execution discipline
  • Consultative, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Resilience and flexibility to deal with uncertainty and change
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Power BI (strongly desired)
  • Proficiency in BPMN, SIPOC, Lean, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H, and continuous improvement tools
  • Solid knowledge of process governance, targets, and indicators
  • Project management experience, PMO, and performance frameworks (OKR, BSC)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Quality, or related fields
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
