About the role

  • Stellvertretende Teamleitung im Kundenservice bei BLUME2000, verantwortlich für Projekte und Teamoptimierungen. Unterstützung in der Filialorganisation und Kundenbetreuung sowie Mitgestaltung von Abläufen.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own projects and contribute ideas to further develop and optimize our branch service processes together with the team
  • After successful onboarding, you will independently take on tasks on behalf of the Team Lead — allowing you to take on active responsibility and grow both professionally and personally
  • You are the friendly voice on the phone for our stores and customers and find the right solution for every inquiry
  • You ensure our stores are always well supplied — from coordinating with central warehouses to managing movable furnishings
  • You organize everything related to new store openings: from procuring necessary accessories to purchasing inventory items
  • You handle hotel bookings and travel expense reports for our store teams and always keep an overview

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training and have experience in customer service
  • You are interested in leadership responsibilities and have experience in project management
  • You work carefully and conscientiously and never lose track even when handling many tasks
  • You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and tackle challenges with initiative
  • You are able to empathize with others and communicate empathetically — both internally and externally
  • You are confident using Outlook and other common tools and use them routinely in your daily work.
