About the role

Responsibilities

  • Medical, financial and technical-legal risk assessment in the area of health insurance
  • Serve as a service- and customer-oriented point of contact for sales partners and policyholders
  • Individual and standardized correspondence with sales partners and policyholders
  • Support for projects and the further development of our underwriting criteria and internal processes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, professional experience in health insurance
  • Strong customer and service orientation
