About the role

• Agile Coach enhancing agile practices and team collaboration in Stuttgart's energy sector. Driving effective agility in leadership teams and project implementation.

Responsibilities

• As an Agile Coach (m/f/d) you represent the "Methodology" strand within the leadership teams of your platforms and advocate for needs-driven, effective agility in implementing the platform objectives
• You further develop the shared leadership approach, clarify roles and responsibilities, and promote a clear, common understanding within the platforms
• You support the leadership teams with capacity planning and demand management and ensure transparency in prioritization
• As an Agile Coach (m/f/d) you strengthen the teams' agile maturity, enable colleagues (m/f/d) in agile methods and self-management principles, and facilitate exchange formats and team events
• You foster a strong team culture and improve collaboration in the cross-functional organization, including an effective impediment process
• By establishing regular feedback cycles you support the continuous development of the teams and the overall platform organization

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in agile environments, including at least three years as an Agile Coach, ideally within large corporations
• Experience in agile transformations and in working with shared leadership models
• Strong communication skills, ability to build consensus, and a value-oriented working approach
• Confident in collecting, visualizing, and communicating impediments, risks, and dependencies within value streams
• Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, OKR, and relevant metrics, and experience with MS Teams, MS Office, Jira, and digital whiteboards (e.g., Conceptboard)
• At least business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
