Responsibilities
Relationship and Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support to small and medium-sized clients, brokers, Unimeds and administrators via phone, WhatsApp, email and meetings. Responsible for analyzing requests, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prospecting and Commercial Support: Identify and assist in negotiating new business opportunities, participate in meetings and plan activities to acquire members/enrollments for existing or new clients.
Management and Compliance: Assist in analyzing data and documents to ensure that plan implementation and reimbursement processes comply with ANS requirements and the CNU system. Includes eligibility analysis and potential fraud detection.
Communication and Support: Deliver and support presentations for clients and beneficiaries, present health plans and advise on their use. Actively participate in the implementation of new plans within client companies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience in customer relationship roles for health and/or dental products at carriers, insurers, administrators or benefits consultancies.
