Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Multichannel customer service (phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person) to listen to requests, resolve inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
Prospecting and Business Development: Identify sales opportunities with existing or new clients, assist with negotiations and contract adjustments, and take part in strategic meetings.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in the Supplementary Health sector (private health insurance).
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Profile: Strong negotiation skills, proactivity in seeking solutions, and the ability to work both remotely and on-site in the field.
