About the role
- Analyst managing client relationships for a health insurance company, ensuring satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities and providing operational support.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Multichannel customer service (phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person) to listen to requests, resolve inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
