About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large volumes of sales and commercial data to identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and risks
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across sales, finance, and operational systems
  • Manage sensitive commercial data in line with compliance and security standards
  • Define, develop, and maintain sales and business performance KPIs aligned with strategic objectives
  • Build executive-level dashboards and performance reports enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Deliver clear insights and recommendations through presentations to senior sales and business leaders
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align KPIs with compensation plans, targets, and strategic priorities
  • Use Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel to build dashboards, reports, and advanced analyses
  • Work with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft AX, Oracle) to understand sales processes, data flows, and system logic
  • Design and implement scalable processes for sales data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Combine multiple data sources and formats into consistent, reliable sales performance views
  • Continuously improve reporting quality, efficiency, and business relevance
  • Act as a trusted analytical partner for senior sales management and leadership teams
  • Translate complex data into clear, business-focused insights
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, BI, and supplier organizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales analytics, business analysis, or commercial data roles
  • Proven experience building KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks from scratch
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel (Power Query, formulas, macros); Salesforce experience is a strong plus
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft AX or Oracle
  • Strong understanding of sales performance management, business metrics, and strategic planning
  • Experience in software licensing, IT, or technology sales environments is an advantage, not a requirement
