About the role

  • SDR Manager leading and scaling outbound sales team for an AI-powered revenue system. Proven sales leader required to drive new business acquisition and enhance sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10+ BDRs across all segments
  • Drive outbound pipeline generation and new logo revenue across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to build scalable outbound plays and sequences
  • Serve as the voice of the sales team to product, marketing, and leadership

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years managing a team of AEs or BDRs
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding new business targets as both an IC and a manager
  • Experience managing teams of 8+ across multiple segments or deal sizes
  • Background in outbound-led sales motions; familiarity with intent data or GTM tooling is a strong plus
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
