Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Italian market
Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities
Engage with decision-makers and effectively present company products/services
Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
Stay updated on market trends and competitors
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
Native or fluent Italian (C1–C2 level required)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage
Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
