Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads at Signaturit Group. Collaborating with sales teams to drive growth in digital trust sector.
Responsibilities
Prospecting: Engage with leads through targeted campaigns (emails, social selling, events, calls, etc.) to establish contact and schedule meetings.
Qualification: Understand and qualify the needs of prospects to ensure a fit with our solutions.
Collaboration: Transfer relevant information to the Account Executives for closing new business deals.
CRM Management: Track and monitor performance using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Apollo.
Feedback: Help improve SDR team processes.
Reporting: Report on your activities and results to your manager.
Data Monitoring: Analyze lead performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on key KPIs.
Requirements
Higher education in business, marketing, or a related discipline
Experience in B2B sales, with some prior experience (internships, projects) in SaaS or digital technology being a plus.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to understand and qualify opportunities.
Fluent in French and English are mandatory
Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
