Responsibilities
Source and screen potential candidates
Shepherd candidates through the entire recruiting process, including providing employment offers, discussing benefits, and negotiating salaries

Requirements
4+ years of recruiting experience
Heavy experience recruiting on technical roles such as Data Engineers, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering
Experience recruiting for business roles such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Management is preferred
Knowledge of various sourcing methods and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred)
Demonstrated success hiring technical candidates in a dynamic environment
Experience working in consulting, staffing, or managed/professional services companies
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with candidates and team members
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
