About the role
- (Senior) Process Consultant optimizing financial processes and leading SAP migration projects in a supportive environment with excellent work-life balance in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Functional sub-project leadership for cross-company projects such as rollouts, migrations and transformations of SAP systems
- Advising the Accounting department on the continued development of SAP applications and liaising with external service providers
- Analysis, design and optimization of accounting/financial processes in the SAP environment, e.g., in Controlling, Credit Management, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and Billing
- Implementation and optimization of reporting and BI tools in Finance/Accounting
- Supporting the Head of Accounting in Finance & Controlling tasks
- Conducting requirements analyses
- Sub-project responsibility for company-wide rollouts and change processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics / Economics, Business Administration, certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the SAP environment (SAP ECC and S/4HANA) in Finance & Controlling
- Strong SAP knowledge (e.g., Controlling, Credit Management, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)
- Strong communication skills; fluent German and good English
- Team player with a strong service orientation and a high level of commitment
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
