About the role

  • Managing / Principal Consultant overseeing recruitment within Banking & Finance sectors. Building client relationships and providing market intelligence while leveraging modern AI-supported recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a profitable desk focused on mid-to-senior roles across Banking & Finance
  • Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing partnerships
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and placement
  • Provide clients with market insights, compensation guidance, and talent strategy recommendations
  • Leverage best-in-class recruitment tools including AI-enabled sourcing, CRM intelligence, and workflow automation
  • Execute searches across contingent, contract, retained, and executive recruitment models

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Banking or Financial Services OR related industries
  • Robust network of solid relationships
  • Strong business development capability
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A sincere interest in Banking & Finance
  • Discipline, resilience, and a metrics-driven approach to growing a desk
  • Professional presence and a client service mindset
