About the role

  • Senior Recruitment Consultant managing a 360° recruitment desk for Accounting & Finance practice. Focusing on business development, client relationships, and full-cycle recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a profitable recruitment desk across Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Audit, Risk, Treasury, and related functions
  • Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment delivery including sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and placement
  • Advise clients on market trends, compensation insights, and hiring strategies
  • Utilize advanced AI sourcing tools, CRM optimization, and market intelligence platforms to increase efficiency and reach
  • Deliver recruitment across contingent, contract, executive search, and retained engagement models

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Accounting & Finance roles OR strong B2B sales experience with measurable success in a KPI-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships and manage full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong negotiation skills and a relationship-first approach to sales
  • A genuine interest in Finance and a commitment to staying informed on talent and market trends
  • A commercially minded, metrics-driven work style
  • High accountability, professional presence, and strong organizational discipline.
