Responsibilities
Provide employee support services;
Handle support tickets related to requests and incidents, applying workarounds for known issues;
Clarify questions and provide guidance to employees;
Route tickets and respond within SLA timeframes;
Create and update the Knowledge Base;
Escalate critical issues to Level 2 (L2) support;
Create scripts for low-complexity adjustments to the database/system;
Maintain contact with employees of the cooperatives;
Participate in or propose automation initiatives for Support, aiming for productivity gains and more proactive/predictive support.
Requirements
University degree completed or in progress;
Office Suite proficiency;
Experience in technical support;
Desirable: knowledge of SQL, Grafana, and log analysis;
Knowledge of ticketing tools and SLA management.
