About the role

  • Junior Support Analyst engaging in technical support and assistance for Unicred employees. Fostering a collaborative environment with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Provide employee support services;
  • Handle support tickets related to requests and incidents, applying workarounds for known issues;
  • Clarify questions and provide guidance to employees;
  • Route tickets and respond within SLA timeframes;
  • Create and update the Knowledge Base;
  • Escalate critical issues to Level 2 (L2) support;
  • Create scripts for low-complexity adjustments to the database/system;
  • Maintain contact with employees of the cooperatives;
  • Participate in or propose automation initiatives for Support, aiming for productivity gains and more proactive/predictive support.

Requirements

  • University degree completed or in progress;
  • Office Suite proficiency;
  • Experience in technical support;
  • Desirable: knowledge of SQL, Grafana, and log analysis;
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools and SLA management.
