Responsibilities

  • Support the formalization of business and administrative processes, creating action plans focused on continuous improvement;
  • Strive for excellence in service to colleagues, cooperative members, regulatory bodies and third parties;
  • Create, disseminate and keep existing rules, manuals, legislation and policies up to date;
  • Support the Cooperative's budget control;
  • Provide guidance related to your area of responsibility;
  • Support the team with a focus on the Cooperative's results;
  • Build and maintain the Cooperative's information database and management indicators;
  • Encourage and guide the use of self-service and relationship channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the role;
  • Experience in internal customer service and business support;
  • Postgraduate degree in a related field;
  • ANBIMA CPA-10 certification;
  • Knowledge of financial products and services;
  • Financial mathematics;
  • Administrative routines;
  • Internal consulting;
  • Knowledge of cooperativism.
