Responsibilities
Coach associates on performance; including proactive sales conversations, operational items and customer interactions.
Assisting or providing guidance on how to handle complex account maintenance and resolve customer escalations.
Collaborate with internal partners, such as small business officers, mortgage officers, private wealth manager and others.
Receiving continued education and training empowering you to meet individual sales performance and operational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable college and/or business experience
3 years leadership, associate development or sales experience
3+ years of banking/financial services experience OR combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background
NMLS registration or will obtain within 90 days
Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
