About the role

  • Join the UMAUMA group as a PMO with a focus on Trade Marketing. Manage client relationships and project execution for trade marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client.
  • Understand the client’s needs and translate them into clear briefings for the team.
  • Manage projects, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables.
  • Propose solutions to challenges that arise during projects.
  • Plan projects, defining goals, schedules, and required resources.
  • Prepare presentations and progress reports.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and profitability.
  • Coordinate communication with the team, ensuring alignment of requests and deadlines.
  • Maintain client relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor trends in the live marketing sector and track project results.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience: Experience in client service, preferably at trade and/or live marketing agencies.
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of the live marketing market and industry trends
  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing or an MBA
  • Courses in Trade Marketing
