About the role

  • Digital Performance Specialist at Veepee optimizing customer journeys across various e-commerce platforms. Analyzing performance metrics and enhancing user experiences in collaboration with tech and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the optimization of the customer journey across all Veepee websites.
  • Continuously track and analyze performance at each step of the customer journey.
  • Propose and coordinate actions to improve customer journey in collaboration with tech and other business teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital projects coordination
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to use various sources of data to build a global vision.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong ability to identify process weaknesses and drive improvements.
  • A solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, from initial customer touchpoints through to purchase and post-sales contacts.
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams, including IT, UX, data science, legal, finance, logistics, commercial, and operational.
  • Leadership skills: able to challenge and influence others, positively manage change.
  • Proactive, organized, and autonomous, with the ability to move projects forward.
  • Fluent English is required. International experience is a plus
