About the role

  • Finance Manager overseeing high-volume Credit and Cash Application teams at Uline in Monterrey. Aiming for process improvement and mentorship within finance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Credit and Cash Application operations, providing guidance and ensuring quality execution of finance activities for 20+ professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Cash Applications and Credit functions to design policies for optimal customer service and efficiency.
  • Develop credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
  • Coordinate and perform internal audits within the department to assess process improvements, individual performance and coaching opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Finance or Accounting in a high-volume environment.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
  • Strong analytical skills.
