Responsibilities
Partner with Philanthropic Advisory, Community Capacity Building, impact and other internal teams to support and implement a comprehensive stewardship strategy
Support Philanthropic Advisors by developing personalized funding opportunities and tailored stewardship and impact reports
Lead the development of high-quality proposals and stewardship materials that demonstrate the outcomes of community investments
Translate complex program outcomes into clear, engaging, and inspiring narratives
Support fundholder cultivation, stewardship, and retention through strategic and personalized touchpoints
Develop and monitor tracking metrics related to donor engagement, granting patterns, and interests
Align with the Impact and Stewardship team to support the production of curated impact materials for leading donors
Requirements
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
5-10 years of similar or related experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling messages
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage projects from concept through execution
Strategic and critical thinking skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
