Responsibilities
- Serve as Client Lead for MWO clients
- Provide strategic, operational and commercial leadership for client development in Healthcare Media and communications
- Lead a team of senior directors and functional units
- Monitor, report on and manage relevant KPIs, with budget responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies for HCPs, patients and OTC
- Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy in close collaboration with Dentsu agencies and services
- Act as New Business lead for national and international pitches
- Strong focus on digital expertise, including integration of search, social and programmatic strategies to maximize reach and performance
- Collaborate closely with performance specialists, dentsu Creative and CXM to ensure an omnichannel approach at national and international levels
- Co-develop innovative products and customer journeys for healthcare clients
- Drive innovation, particularly in AI and data-driven communications
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Strong commercial / financial acumen
- Marketing and strategic communications expertise
- Several years of experience in the media industry with a focus on healthcare
- Deep understanding of the requirements for HCP and patient communications
- Experience on the agency or publishing side, with a clear affinity for agency life
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- High degree of personal responsibility, intrinsic motivation and a drive to shape outcomes
- Strong communication skills and an agile mindset
