About the role

  • Business Development Manager in a purpose-led business redefining how companies manage operational consumables. Seeking an experienced individual to drive growth and build long-term partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking and inbound leads
  • Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead commercial discussions and present tailored solutions
  • Manage opportunities from first contact through to onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within set timelines

Requirements

  • An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a hunger for opportunity and value creation
  • Confident leading client and stakeholder conversations
  • Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven
  • Energised by both client success and business growth
  • Comfortable working with autonomy in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience of working within a similar role with a Sales background and a passion for building relationships.
