About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design of complex transportation infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and walls
- Oversee and review engineering reports, calculations, and drawings for accuracy and compliance

- Work directly with state agencies, municipalities, and design/build contractors to develop tailored solutions
- Play a key role in business development efforts, engaging with clients and presenting innovative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of structural design experience in bridges and transportation infrastructure
- Development of calculations using Excel and Mathcad
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Expertise in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, CSI Bridge, VBridge, LEAP Bridge, LPile, and more
- Experience with regional, state and federal transportation agency standards, codes and procedures strongly preferred
