About the role

Responsibilities
- You develop (web-based) applications that support our construction site teams
- You create tools, UIs and AR applications for internal and external users
- You develop dashboards including data-layer integration
- You integrate backend services from other team members
- You integrate your solutions into our service-oriented software architecture
- You provide interfaces for other team members
- You work closely with project teams to identify and implement improvements to processes and products
- You collaborate closely with Product Owners and other internal departments and coordinate independently with them
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of software development and programming web applications
- Very good programming skills, ideally in Python
- Strong knowledge of at least one modern UI framework
- Experience with modern software development methods and tools
- Intrinsic motivation to acquire new skills and a high degree of initiative
- Enjoy working in a dynamic team and strong communication skills
- Business-fluent German and English
