About the role

  • Lead publisher relationship strategy, growth, and performance
  • Serve as primary contact for publishers, resolving issues and driving long-term success
  • Negotiate payout structures, exclusive placements, and high-performing offers
  • Develop scalable publisher growth strategies that increase revenue and margin
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align publisher activity with advertiser goals
  • Establish roadmaps for publisher network expansion and technology improvements
  • Partner with analytics, product, and finance teams to enhance reporting accuracy
  • Manage publisher financial operations, including payments and profitability tracking
  • Represent the company at trade shows, marketing events, and industry conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Affiliate marketing experience is required
  • Proven success in managing and scaling publisher relationships is required
  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization and affiliate tracking systems is required
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing partner profitability are required
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.) are required
  • Ability to travel up to 15% is required
