About the role

  • Paid Media Lead managing flagship paid media accounts to optimise full-funnel campaigns at Two Circles. Leading integration of data-driven approaches to connect sports organisations with fans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and activation of paid media campaigns across multiple biddable channels, with a focus on delivering performance and commercial impact.
  • Champion Paid Social excellence, driving best-practice approaches, testing frameworks, and innovation across platforms.
  • Collaborate with other senior leads across the Growth Marketing team to integrate media with data, creative, and strategy disciplines.
  • Support team growth by mentoring junior members, sharing knowledge, and helping shape scalable ways of working.
  • Drive operational improvement, building and maintaining processes that ensure campaign consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to cross-channel planning & buying, ensuring paid media strategies align with broader marketing activity including ATL campaigns (TV, OOH, audio).
  • Manage client relationships confidently, presenting strategies, insights, and recommendations that demonstrate strategic value.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments to keep our team and clients at the forefront of paid media innovation.

Requirements

  • Essential skills:
  • 6+ years’ experience in paid media, with deep hands-on expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Broader understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including Search, Display, and Programmatic.
  • Awareness of the wider media landscape, and how digital activation integrates with ATL channels such as TV, OOH, and audio.
  • Process-oriented mindset - skilled at building and improving workflows, documentation, and quality assurance routines.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience helping others develop.
  • Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven measurement, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Clear communicator, able to turn data and performance insights into compelling narratives for clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working across multiple accounts, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable skills:
  • Experience leading multi-channel campaigns, combining online and offline.
  • Experience leading multi-market campaigns or coordinating activity across regions.
  • Familiarity with first-party data strategies, audience segmentation, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience in or close collaboration with creative or content teams to enhance media storytelling.
  • Passion for sport and understanding of the fan and rights-holder ecosystem.
