About the role

  • Legal role supporting multinational transactions in finance and infrastructure. Engaging in cross-border transactions with a focus on transportation, energy, and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Support for cross-border transactions in the areas of transportation, energy, logistics, telecommunications and infrastructure
  • Work in traditional areas of obligations (debt) and property law, taking into account private international law (IPR) and insolvency law aspects

Requirements

  • Above‑average result in the First State Examination
  • Very good command of English
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
