About the role
- Responsible for regulatory compliance testing and client product reporting at TÜV Rheinland. Ensuring standards compliance through strategic planning and defect tracking.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for completing all aspects of regulatory compliance testing and reporting on client products
- Meet test objectives by determining testing methods and selecting testing equipment
- Ensure customer test criteria is correctly interpreted and applied
- Interpret and apply applicable test standards
- Perform tests for certification of equipment to applicable domestic or international regulatory standards
- Develop test strategies and test plans to verify standards, compatibility, functionality, performance and reliability
- Report and track defects found during testing
- Generate and revise test documents and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education and/or experience
- 3 years of test experience evaluating products in accordance with product regulatory standards
- Experience using automated test tools
- Knowledge of US and international regulatory standards and approval requirements
- Ability to travel
- Valid driver’s license required
