About the role

Responsibilities
- Planung und Durchführung von manuellen und automatisierten Tests (Unit-, Integrations-, End-to-End-, System- und Regressionstests)
- Erstellung und Pflege von Testfällen, Testplänen und Teststrategien
- Analyse, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Fehlern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams
- Mitarbeit in agilen Prozessen (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospektiven)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Development und IT-Support (2nd / 3rd Level)
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Testabdeckung und Reduktion von Bugs und Support-Tickets
- Sicherstellung von Qualität in Bezug auf Funktionalität, Performance, Sicherheit und Usability
Requirements
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Software Testing (manuell und automatisiert)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2 oder vergleichbar)
- Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Präsenz vor Ort in Nürnberg (Hybrid-Modell, kein Full Remote)
- Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierung sowie Unit- und Integrationstests
- Programmierkenntnisse in JavaScript und/oder C#
