About the role

Responsibilities
- Planning and performing manual and automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end, system, and regression tests)
- Creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test strategies
- Analyzing, documenting, and tracking defects in close collaboration with the development teams
- Participating in agile processes (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Working closely with development and IT support (2nd/3rd level)
- Continuously improving test coverage and reducing bugs and support tickets
- Ensuring quality with respect to functionality, performance, security, and usability
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software testing (manual and automated)
- Excellent German language skills at native level (C2 or equivalent)
- Willingness to be regularly present onsite in Nuremberg (hybrid model, not fully remote)
- Experience with test automation as well as unit and integration testing
- Programming skills in JavaScript and/or C#
