Responsibilities
- Execute and control the company's accounting and tax routines;
- Post journal entries, perform reconciliations, calculate taxes and file ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation and accounting standards;
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, support audits and provide management information to aid decision-making;
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, promoting standardization, automation and strengthening of internal controls;
- Actively participate in projects for implementation, configuration and enhancement of ERP systems, ensuring the quality of information, integration between departments and efficiency of accounting and tax flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Accounting, Controllership, Tax Management or related areas;
- Proven experience in accounting and tax routines, including tax calculations, account reconciliations, month-end closing and filing of ancillary obligations;
- Knowledge of general accounting and tax legislation;
- Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL and withholdings);
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL) and Cash Flow);
- Ancillary tax filings (SPED, ECD, ECF, DCTF, EFD-Reinf, DIRF, among others);
- Account and bank reconciliations;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency;
- Desired certifications: active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration.
