About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interact daily with graduation committees through the company's communication channels, such as WhatsApp, Gmail and Instagram, ensuring a continuous flow of information and responding to customer requests quickly and efficiently;
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of committees, maintaining ongoing relationships and proactively managing deliverables.
  • Lead briefings, regular meetings and follow-up sessions with committees; record minutes and translate them into action items.
  • Create, execute and monitor fundraising marketing plans and target plans for graduating classes.
  • Plan and manage schedules for opening/transition of sales batches, campaigns and engagement activities.
  • Manage project financial spreadsheets (monthly balance, revenue projections) and monitor impacts in the internal system.
  • Negotiate with suppliers of promotional items and services when requested, in alignment with planning.
  • Monitor and validate pre-event deliverables;
  • Coordinate with Production, Sales and Customer Success to resolve conflicts;
  • Perform basic performance analyses for each class and propose adjustments to fundraising strategies;
  • Actively participate in on-campus activities at universities with the Sales team; support relaunches and in-class activations.

Requirements

  • Candidates from any degree program are eligible to apply;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with committees, peers and suppliers;
  • Previous experience in customer service or related areas;
  • Availability to work hours based on event schedules;
  • Proficiency with communication tools (WhatsApp, Gmail, Instagram) and spreadsheets.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Broad understanding of the university environment.
